Frontal XL

Frontal XL is the high-end sliding glass system designed for those seeking maximum structural strength, high load capacity and a rigorous, contemporary look. Built on large, extremely sturdy profiles, the system guarantees outstanding stability and a striking presence, making it possible to create imposing, large-format glazing in complete safety.

Its structural strength lies in the generous size of the profiles, designed to offer maximum mechanical resistance both in configurations with a fixed glass and in those without. The structure takes fixed glass from 10 up to 13 millimetres thick.

To support this high-strength structure, the sliding mechanism has been engineered to handle heavy weights smoothly and precisely. The high-grip clamp works by pressure, with no need for safety pins, and adapts to different glass thicknesses with dedicated shims. The panels run on a very smooth double wheel with an adjustable anti-derailment system, together with a micrometric adjustment of plus or minus 3 millimetres and a safety lock that is engaged once adjustment is complete, to fix the position and prevent any sagging over time.

The real innovation at the heart of the system is the Stop & Slide Double brake, a double-action device developed specifically for large panels. A single component acts as a double damper, cushioning and gently guiding the panel both when opening and when closing. Designed to move panels at least 700 millimetres wide in complete comfort, the brake carries up to 150 kg. The receiver fits directly into the track and can be installed even with the track already in place, making installation much simpler.
